Isn't it cool that all the angles in a triangle add up to 180? drag dots around to see what cool triangles you can make. If you have 3 sides the same, you have an equilateral. if you have 2 sides the same, you have an Isosceles triangle. If none are the same, you have a scalene triangle. It says what type you have at the bottom of the screen.
This was first thought of in a maths lesson once, when i thought that the lack of computerised geometry learning tools was appalling. I want kids to be able to learn triangle types, and learn a bit about geometry in a fun way. Using more variables than I care to think about, I did it.
