Terms of the Treaty of Sofia: 1. Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Albania, Montenegro, and Serbia are all free from Ottoman rule. 2. All of the borders are changed accordingly. 3. All countries who participated in this conflict must recognize the sovereignty of Bulgaria, Romania, Greece, Albania, Montenegro, and Serbia as well as their borders. 4. The Ottoman Empire must pay war reparations for the damages inflicted to the Balkan countries respectively. 5. Montenegro is turned into puppet states of the Austro-Hungarian Empire. 6. A pact of non aggression must be signed for 10 years between the Ottoman Empire and all other nations involved with the conflict. 7.
