so this can THEORETICALLY generate TREE(3), however it only has a TREE(3) chance of generating TREE(3). since no rule of no randomization is enforced, and the program THEORETICALLY terminates CERTAINLY, i win! it uses a random color of seeds in the range of 1-3, and a 2d plane to represent imaginary trees. there is something that doesn't work, or is it? you just have to find out yourself! lol.
so this is like if you are late but do an INSANELY cool one you get in like right? right?
