I'm not very used to designing Insolence, but this design was the best I could do. This is an alt-universe where Penny was the one who stayed home and was basically the protagonist. Then the TIO stuff that happens in Piggy Book 2 comes along, Penny tries to fight TIO but dies to his hands. Making her become a puppet who screams while she chases the Insolence's victims. The text is what Penny constantly hears.
HEAVILY based on Piggy's Miserbility, I had a cool concept in mind but I'm not a great artist at all, so it turned out... eh. I don't expect this to win and gold medals. But I wanna see someone make this idea better than I could.
