She was sitting in a small holly bush, with twigs covering her wings, in the middle of a beach. Feeling extremely hungry, Roxie decided to go and look for food. She flew for hours across a churning ocean, then came to a small cat village. The smell of fruit wafted around in the air. Excited, Roxie decided to take one. "Woah woah woah! You ugly cat! Are you going to pay for that?" a brown tom cat grouched. Roxie was only 2 months so she started to cry. The tom cat shook his head in disgust and called the police. The police dumped Roxie on the outskirts of the cat village. Roxie sniffled and flew even more, even though she was so hungry. She stopped at a mountain and sheltered in the snow. Feeling happy and comfortable in the mound of snow, Roxie began to lap at it, (she was quite thirsty.) A few moments later, a panting orange-y shape came flying to Roxie. The creature looked just like her! The creature squeaked and nervously stuttered, "h-h-hello!" Roxie blinked, "hello. What is your name?" The creature shivered and said, "Poxie." Roxie smiled and flapped out of the mound of snow, "I look like you!" Poxie smiled back and shifted around, she spread out her wings, and a collections of fruit and flowers fell out. Roxie gasped and gobbled up the fruit. Poxie laughed and swallowed the flowers. Both well fed, they decided to be best friends. THE END :)
