ch 9 miri pov i woke up to the sound of the classical music playing again . my heart was pounding so fast that i could even feel it . i knew this can either be my last day or pull me closer to elena unnie . hands shaking , i walked into the colorful stairs , this time keeping a smile in order to calm my self down . i felt a hand pat . it was elena unnie . she held my hand . "you know, you're actually one of the bravest people here?" i shook my head . no way , i was ? i thanked her but secretly , i still felt anxious and still needed someone with me . well , at least i have unnie . luna pov i headed into the next game . a red carousel was attatched to a field with fifty colored doors on the walls . the pink guard announced, "the next game you will be playing is mingle. each round, after the music stops, a certain number is called . you must head to a room with this certain amount of people . if you fail to find the designated amount of players or fail to find a room , you will be eliminated ." well , this is also ... different . are they doing completely different games this year ? hopefully next game is going to be the same as last year ... i stepped on the carousel with my friends : ivy , cat , koh , and yoona . we made an amazing team right ? together we will stop the games ! the catchy and playful song round and round started playing and even my heart was pounding with anxiety . suddenly , the music stopped . 10 was called . i decided just to go with my ally elena , but we were one short . ah , elena saves player 044 , the shaman lady named jasmine . once we finally got in a room , jasmine stares at yoona and sees her belly . she then stares at me . with a menacing and daring stare , she announced , "well, you right here . you came here for this baby in her stomach." she then pointed her daring eyes at yoona . hika pov it was time for the next round . well , in my mind , i was buzzing with excitement , especially with the catchy and vibey music playing in the background . i looked at thea . before long , she grabbed my hand and before long we were dancing together to the music . a huge smile grew on my face as we vibed through . but then the music came to a pause . '4' was called . we HAD to kick some out . i wanted to kick that disgusting "nuna" out but it was all up to thea . lia looked at thea with a pleading expression before thea reached her leg out and bam . she fell to the ground . thea screamed , "LIAAAA !! YOU, OUT!" . the four of us : ine that annoying nuna, wonjin the coward girl , thea , and i ran to a room . that annoying coward wonjin said with her usual worried expression, "w-what's going to happen to lia?" i snapped, "SHUT UP, YOU COWARD!" but before long thea was looking out the window . she cried , lia was gone . with a saddened expression , she exclaimed, "NOOO! ch 10 elena pov i HAD to kick that crazy girl out for this . but then , she hit us with a curse before staring menacingly straight into miri's eyes. i knew i had to protect her with all i got . she was the only one who wanted to team up with me in the six legged pentathlon game . had i made the right choice , or did i make a mistake ? i had thought i made the right choice when miri , i and dani passed the third round together . it was the fourth round . miri pov my heart was pounding with nervousness as i stood on the carousel, still thinking about that crazy lady's daring stare into my eyes . suddenly , the music stopped .
