Arrow keys to move, don't touch the dots. If you have the sword then you can destroy and of the black dots that come after you. There are red dots that can't be destroyed but can't aim at you very well. There is now a lantern that can be bought at the shop as well as a life if you need one or two. The weapon now doesn't have light around it, so you have to find it the hard way.
