Short update today: Bonding With Muddy! I realized I haven't been spending as much time with Muddy as I hoped, so I decided to do a walking session with him. 1-2. Muddy is definitely my easiest horse to catch. I can call his name and he'll come quickly. 3-4. Muddy is very good at staying still while I put his tack on. 5-6. I rode him around the arena with a halter a few times, which I've done with him before, but never multiple laps. He did very well! 7. When I could tell he was tired, I took him back to the fences to remove his tack. 8-9. I put him out in the pasture, where Movie was waiting patiently for his friend.
