~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ ROCKET DECK ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Ever been skateboarding and wondered: "What would this be like in outer space?". I sure haven't! But today, we can answer that question, using rocket engines we "borrowed" from NASA. It's perfectly unsafe, don't worry. Scroll down to learn the ropes. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ KEYBINDS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ You'll need a keyboard and mouse to play. LMB - Lock in power W - Jump S - Fastfall While on a ramp... W - High Trick W (while holding A) - Middle Trick W (while holding D) - Low Trick For the soundtrack... / - Skip song V - Open volume slider ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ INSTRUCTIONS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Press any key to launch, and click the screen to lock in your power. The more accurate you are, the more speed you start with, alongside a point bonus. Rocket Deck is an endless runner, so your objective is to survive as long as possible, and earn as many points as you can. Here's how the scoring works: Ollie - 10pts Grind - 10pts per 0.1s Backflip - 100pts Spin Trick - 200pts Planche - 500pts Your scoring is multiplied by your speed. Try staying as fast as possible! Your speed is proportional to your health. Every time you collide with an object, you will slow down. Collide at the lowest speed, and your voyage is over. Falling into the void - unsurprisingly - will end your run too. To speed up, perform a perfectly timed ramp jump! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ TIPS ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ If you really wanna shred it out there, you might wanna listen to these tips. - Use your air control to your advantage. Holding W will make you more floaty in the air, while S will make you fastfall. You can float to get really high up, and fastfall to get to land quicker and earn more points. Just try not to shoot into the void... - Be mindful about what trick you use. The lower your trick, the more points you'll net. However, you'll want to make sure you don't go headfirst into a satellite. Pay attention to what's up ahead, and trick accordingly. - Time your jumps right. Gravity is very low, and so is your jump power. You'll rise rather slowly, so if you need to get over an obstacle, try jumping in advance. - Know the ramp timing. To get a perfect ramp jump, you'll want to hit W right as you cross the light section on the ramp. You'll need this if your speed is low. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
They will soon be added to Yoshi Music. Noir Mirage 2 is hopefully coming soon, stay tuned for that! This game was made very quickly, so expect bugs and janky physics. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ THANKS FOR PLAYING! ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
