so incase you didn’t hear , my grandma passed today due to cancer . before her passing i recorded this cover since she loved my art and singing , and i felt that recording a cover in her honor would be the best way to remember her , and i ( accurately ) predicted i wouldn’t be in a good state to record a cover after . i didn’t change the “ dear mom and dad ” to grandma since i don’t call her grandma and i don’t want to share the name that i call her by rn . even though i’m an atheist , i hope that wherever she is this cover finds her in some way <3 the original meaning of this song is obv different but i hope you understand the idea . this cover is also for my family who are all affected my grandma’s passing , mostly my sister and mom . i think my grandma would like that . thank you for listening, click the flag to start <3 og song by seungmin from skz !
