GenderIsh is a nonbinary or genderqueer term that describes one's gender in the sense that the user has an association with the gender but does not quite identify with the full feeling of the gender - it feels a bit "off" for some reason. Flag colours: The grey on the outside describes the feeling that is persistent and always there. The grey on the inside is in two shades, symbolising that some people may feel a stronger association with or disconnect from the gender than others. The stripe in the middle describes the gender itself, and the thin grey stripe cutting it in two represents that the gender is not whole and one would not completely or partly describe oneself with the definite gender: it is surrounded inside and out by the "Ish" feeling. Flags in order: GirlIsh, WomanIsh or FemaleIsh BoyIsh, ManIsh or MaleIsh AgenderIsh (feeling like you are almost agender, but having some slight feeling of gender that prevents you from completely identifying with it) NonbinaryIsh or EnbyIsh BigenderIsh (Feeling a simultaneous Ish association with two genders that do not necessarily have to be male and female)
Important: This is not the same as demigender! GenderIsh is not feeling like you have two clearly defined parts, but rather feeling like you have one whole gender. This gender is almost congruent to another, but feels "off" for a reason that varies from person to person. It may also feel like your gender is an "other" gender or outside the binary, and the Ish gender is the closest description or label you have to describing it based on feeling.
