Hey I made this a few minutes ago and decided to upload it to scratch. I'm not fully back, but do expect me to use this account once in a blue moon. I used only the scratch audio editor to make this by speeding up the audio and then slowing it back down (without using the undo button) and then repeating it a few times until I thought it was compressed enough.
