This project has waited too long, but I've practicing a new animation method which you can see here. I should have got it ready in May, but I had animator's block. Also, Tootie was only going to have her regular clothes, but then I decided to make a more exciting party dress. I based it on the dress she wears in DeviantArt post "Perfume Sneezes" by SarahGirl1998. I always love dressing characters in cute costumes, but it takes a lot of work. And I still have other characters I want to develop, when I get the time.
