I have recently been appointed to the Minister of Science and Technology, and have begun construction on ScratchBot, who will soon take to the streets in things such as fixing street lighting and picking up litter. Robo-Gobo, my faithful assistant, can do many things, and I wish to implement them into places that are dangerous to us citizens, such as factories. Plus they are ridiculously cheap to manufacture due to their basic shape.
