Truth is this person went through a lot of trauma and he no longer wants to be harmed or wants to fight. So he’s allowing himself to simply be examined by the DDRO but strangely refuses to be killed or imprisoned. He isn’t a threat to the DDRO, but he wants some portion of faith of being examined, very weird. He even wants his powers to be examined(but very carefully as his original body merged with the body of a Robo-Kitty). He actually has blood of an human instead of a Robo-kitty.
