(No Recoil and Bad Shells.) AK-12 Testing
The AK-12 (Avtomat Kalashnikova 2012) is a Russian assault rifle, the newest derivative of the Kalashnikov series, that features an adjustable folding buttstock, a reinforced handguard, and Picatinny rails for attachments. Chambered in 5.45×39mm, it uses the same gas-operated, long-stroke piston system as its predecessors but was designed with numerous modern improvements, and it officially entered service with the Russian Army in 2018.
