Welcome to Portal Scratch Edition 2 Repainted, also known as Seven Nights at Portal Tower 64: Waluigi's Tax Fraud Bananza 2! I knew I wanted to make something to honor the former president of memes, Da-Guy-, after he left Scratch. His "But with memes" series were some of the first Scratch projects I ever found so I decided to do something with one of those. But why stop at just adding a few memes? Why not add more? Why not take inspiration from the repainted mods of old and replace almost every texture and sound with memes! New memes, old memes, dead memes, doesn't matter as long as it's funny.
