griffpatch made a webapp that loads a Scratch Project and looks for sprites containing both a set of mouth costumes & 1 or more sounds - The webapp then creates the lipsync data and saves it back to the Scratch Project so you can play back the costumes synced with the audio file.
Thanks to griffpatch for the project Scratch Cat Lip Sync. I just returned it to normal.
