When Kris and Noelle were little, the two of them were the closest kind of besties that have ever existed. When Noelle no longer is close to Kris, she falls for Susie. Noelle thinks that Kris should get a lover of their own, thus making them fall for Ralsei. However, those feelings still exist deep down within Kris, but will never be shared. My interpretation of “Band” was a bracelet that was found in the sand by Kris, and Kris wanted to give it to Noelle as a childhood gift and memory. Noelle still wears that bracelet, but when Kris takes it back from Noelle in the Snowgrave route (along with her watch), Noelle is thinking that Kris doesn’t want to be her friend anymore.
