Why scratch matters in day to day lives is to educate people around the world on how to learn technology. How it has affected me is by helping me by giving me a headstart on other coding languages like HTML or javascript. I also love teaching scratch, I have a coding club in my school, we all love scratch because it is very user friendly. My school club account is @SeqouiaMdiddleGameDev. What I also love about scratch is that it is not just a coding language it is a community of helping each other. I do believe any one who does scratch can get good at learning future technologies too. I loved when I first did HTML and I thought “Hey this is just like Scratch!” I want to be on the youth advisory board so I can help everyone and connect to the community and be a friend.
