Isolated Dread is something I made that's Undertale + Boisvert (https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCA_jTM8W3NwgnGdQTs7BJpw). This is Sans' design. The rest of the cast will get their own designs eventually. Sans goes after the player in Snowdin and tries to k1ll them by extending the hands on his back like tendrils to slash them. The random black lines on the clothes are intentional. This was based on Boisvert's artstyle.
