This device is able to transmit data to a terminal, giving a pre-made output depending on the input. In this example, the code tries to connect to the terminal through the I/O on the motherboard, and gives an instruction for it to say "Hello, from the terminal!" (Instruction is NOT given from the CPU, it is pre-made!)
