YES THE ARTS NOT MY BEST, I SPENT 1 DAY ON IT *ahem* anywayyy... Entry for clipped wings cameos! (in case that wasn't clear already lol) This is Luyma, my originally human (ish) oc, but now I've swapped things around so I could enter with her! so, shes a wolfdog now! (mostly.. hehe) Before i say anything else, I'd like to say feel free to change Luymas design however you need to to fit Clipped Wings better! (especially any of her backstory that relates to the arena idk what i'm doing lol) ------------------------------Fighter Info--------------------------- Name: A3 (Luyma) Species: W-olf-d-og / UNKNOWN Notes: -much is unknown about A3, other then the fact that they possess a rather dangerous ability that, from what we've seen, can greatly enhance their fighting abilities with the side effect of making them extremely violent. Certain precautions for A3 have had to be put in place during their time here. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- So yeah, Luyma is a wolfdog with some very strange ability's that come from their backstory! From this point onward, I recommend reading their backstory first! (Notes and Credits) Personality: Luyma gets attached to people easily becuase my little child is affection starved. Despite that, she thinks she's a monster and avoids friendships because of her *ahem* trauma. She worries that any friends she makes will end up just like her village and family; dead by her hands (paws?) So, she stays quiet most of the time. She avoids talking to most people, but doesn't necessarily avoid all social contact. A quick conversation is something she likes. Luyma struggles a lot with her forest spirit. It's completely feral and takes great pleasure in killing anything and everything, its original peaceful nature twisted and corrupted from turning feral (something forest spirits sometimes face) Luyma transforms into the forest spirit whenever she's in a life or death situation, or is particularly sad or angry. Her response to loss is usually anger, but has recently stopped feeling strong emotions. Her time in the arena, while not making her more violent, has made her sort of numb to feelings. She's been in the arena for a longer time then the average fighter and has gradually risin in the ranks. Her fellow fighters probably severely underestimate her because of her small size and rather skinny, weak appearance. Those who have seen her fight however, know to be wary around her. The arena keepers have probably had to put extra precautions on Luyma because of her wild and unpredictable power. (maybe thicker chains or smth? or something that can stop her transforming if that's a thing, idk lol)
"Being in the arena didn't make me into a monster. I was already one a long time ago" ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Backstory. TW: mentions of (lots of) violence and blood Luyma, born into a small village by the woods had everything she could ask for. Her freinds played games with her near the forest, and her family raised her to be smart, kind, and brave. To always try her best. Luyma had a strong curiosity with the forest. The plants and trees created a shelter where she could go to be alone and herself for a while. She prized the days where she could run off to the woods and listen to the birds singing. Her family encouraged her visits, but worried about how much time she was spending away from the village and from a proper society. The morning that turned Luymas world upside down was a cloudy one. As usual, she was woken by the birds calling her to the woods. She leapt up, her excitement as palpable as ever as she ran through the village clustered with early-morning risers and to the bright misty forest. It almost seemed to call her name as she dived headfirst into its arms. For some reason, the woods seemed quieter today. Luyma saw none of the usual songbirds flying overhead. However, she continued walking through the mossy overgrown woods. The mist came without warning. A blanket of fog rushed into the woods, matching the dark grey clouds overhead. Luyma sweated as she looked around her forest, which somehow now looked unfamiliar. A strange wind brushed past her fur and she perked her ears up in fright, listening for a familiar birdsong. The only sound she heard however, was a terrible, horrible shrieking roar. Wind whipped around Luyma as a giant beast emerged from the fog. Made of green energy that was somehow beautiful and sickening at the same time. The beast roared again, stretching its curved claws towards Luymas face and Luyma felt a burning pain over her eye. She screamed and fell backwards, feeling warm, wet blood streaming down her face. She squeezed her eyes shut, breathing heavily and slipping over a rock wet with blood and mist. The beastly forest spirit roared a third time, and Luyma fell to the ground and pressed her face against the dirt, trying to block out the terrible noise ringing through her head, even though the beast had stopped roaring. Bright light flashed beneath her eyelids and she saw, in her head, the beast reaching its claws out towards her again. 'what are yo-- help me...' it whispered before Luyma grasped its claws with her paws and felt no more. When she awoke, the mist had gone from the forest. Shouts were coming from the direction of the village. How long had she been asleep? Painful memories flooded back. Luyma took a shuddering gasp and put a paw to her clawed eye. It wasn't bleeding anymore. Luyma frowned, her brain still processing the bits and pieces it could remember. She looked around for some water and found some, a puddle from the rain the day before. She looked down. And saw the beast staring back at her. Luyma fell backwards, panting. Luyma shook her head and suddenly laughed out loud. She couldn't remember what happened. There had been an intruder in her forest. A little wolfdog with brown fur... She turned her head around, ears perked, hearing shouts from the woods. More intruders. She bared her fangs and leapt forwards, speeding across the ground towards them. Oh how she'd love to claw all of their pathetic tiny bodies to bloody ribbons. Luyma awoke suddenly, rain pouring down her face, her eyes towards the storming sky. She groaned and picked herself up, looking around at.. Her village? her village, in ruins. ------------------------------------------------------------------------- umm.. yeah! that's Luyma for you! I cut her full backstory out, but all that gets rid of is her struggle with the feral forest spirit (the beast) now in her head and her capture by whoever runs the arena. Luymas my little ball of trust + anger issues and trauma and I would do anything for her. if u got any questions, ask me! if not, I hope you liked my entry! (dont forget to check the 'Instructions' for her personality!) Yes the backstory is cringe AND I LOVE IT! why did you scroll this far down? well, hi!
