To start the SCRATCH, you just need to press the green flag. Very simple. I hope you like it.
I made this with the help of Ms. Huang's pdf file on "How to make a SCRATCH". To make the mouth move I used "repeat blocks" and two costumes of the penguin, one with it's mouth open and one with it's mouth closed. I learned that I like using Scratch and I hope I get the chance to use it more. This was a fun homework assignment.
