While it is active, all attacks by the player deal 4 less damage then usual. Disappears after 4 turns. does not stack. F3X toss : after a short wind-up Devesto tosses his toolbox at you dealing a random damage output from 5-20 damage. if his debuff is present, this will always deal 15 damage. Wall: Devesto places a wall that blocks your attacks! Implement: If nothing stored: Devesto walks up to Noob and stores him in his toolbox If Noob stored: Devesto summons a puppet that walks up to Noob and deals 15 damage.
