ch 15 luna pov i had failed . i had nothing left ... i just wanted to d!3 ... or save these people in another way . suddenly, my coffin was opened . the familiar scene of the dorm appeared in front of my eyes . but not before long , i was chained and handcuffed onto one of the lonely bunks . and so i thought ... who could have done this ? a figure appeared . it was elena . she shed a tear before she apologized . "i'm sorry ... it was my fault the rebellion failed." aezrielle pov elena, no . i knew that if she blamed herself, she would be hunted down by luna . i knew i had to save her . and so i spoke, in a loud voice . "it was all koh's fault ! she failed to get the magazines !" i spoke in the loudest voice possible . before long, luna's eyes stared menacingly at koh, looking like she was about to hunt her down. koh pov why me? what could i have done wrong to you, 007? i watched as luna's eyes stared me down. i knew it. i was going to go down this time. i knew that i'd have to expose my false identity to her ... elena pov koh ... it wasn't her fault at all ... i should've been the one who was hunted down, not her. i had nothing left to live for. one of the only people i trusted, miri... gone in the mingle game. as i walked in the colorful halls to the next game, i wondered. what's going to happen with aezrielle, yoona, and mi-cha? i knew i had to protect them. we headed into a hallway with a gumball machine full of red and blue balls in the middle. i walked up and rolled it. blue... what does this mean? aezrielle, blue. jasmine, blue. bea, blue. yura, red. hika, red. wonjin, red. mi-cha, red. yoona, red. shuyu, red. chae, blue. koh, blue finally, luna walked into the room. all eyes stared at her as she chose her ball. red. i knew it... koh was in high danger being on the opposite team from luna. the guard explained, "the next game that you will be playing is hide and seek. the blue team will have to avoid the red team, who will k!ll them. the red team has to k!ll at least one person from the blue team. you now have five minutes to switch teams. yoona pov i couldn't k!ll someone...especially with a baby in my stomach ... and so i approached chae . i knew she would like to switch . i asked , "c-can we switch vests, chae?" chae protested, "yoona... you can k!ll me if you'd like to." no, no, NO. i can't... and so i took off my red vest and handed by knife over to chae. i switched on to my blue vest and i now had a tiny key. a triangle one. mi-cha pov i couldn't do this... the only way both my son and i can win is if we switch teams. and so i approached him... "hey aezrielle," i asked, "can i switch teams with you?" he nodded. i knew that we could both win these de games together if we switched. or at least he can get his money back. i now had a blue vest, and only a small key. i watched as koh was trying to switch with yuzu (349). they shook their head in fear, leaving koh in pure despair... i knew she was doomed. hika pov i took one of thea's p!lls . i still couldn't believe it. she was de ... oh, wait... maybe i can ally with chae for a night. we can have a one night stand. i slowly approached her, and surprisingly, she nodded! we were going to k!ll half of humanity! suddenly, i spotted wonjin sitting in the corner with her seeker kn!fe. "wonjin, you hid so well from me last night. that scallywag of yours is no more... do you want to switch? you can hide! wait...you watched that scally wag d!3 in front of you? you can do it my girl wonjin!" she just stared plainly into my eyes, still thinking about that ine nuna who isn't even here anymore.
ch 16 elena pov i am going to protect both yoona and mi-cha from those seekers. i knew they were both vulnerable, and i can't see life drain out of them. i'd rather d!3 by myself than let them d!3... and so we walked in to a maze full of nursery rhymes written on the stone walls and ceilings covered in stars. i am going to find the exit for the two of them. and so we all ran, into a small corner. the music stopped and the seekers stormed in. we just sat in our spot, waiting for a seeker to come. six minutes had passed. no eliminations yet. until suddenly, a loud speaker announced, "player 310, eliminated. player 260, pass." one person had already been eliminated. i watched over yoona and mi-cha and then turned back to watch the seekers. hika pov chae and i knew that we had to eliminate more people. that meant that we were going to increase the prize money, and more seekers were going to be eliminated too. and so we hunted. a unlocked room finally revealed a man, sitting there. "when i say 3, we st@b." i commanded chae. 3, 2, 1, and so we did. life drained out of this man. but we needed one more elimination to pass. yoona pov we were being chased already by a seeker. the seeker ravaged through the stairs when suddenly, i tripped. my ankle, broken, everything hurt, the three of us ran until ... dead end. but at least elena was there to protect us. the seeker growled at elena, "give me the pregnant girl... or that mother." but elena didn't back off. she was ready to fight. she grabbed the seeker and tossed him to the ground before pinning him down and draining the life out of him. elena... i looked at mi-cha. we both stared in awe as elena got rid of that seeker. yuzu pov i watched as an o player gets pushed into the room in which i am standing in now. i knew this was my chance. i used my kn!fe and st@bbed him in the heart. "player 232 eliminated. player 349 pass." chae pov hika and i had just st@bbed another player to de@th when suddenly, a sound of a screaming woman echoed... was it yoona? i ran to the sound before finding yula getting cornered by a man and thud. yula's body c0ll@psed as "player 400, eliminated. player 276 pass." was announced. thank goodness that wasn't yoona... suddenly, hika's voice echoed through the room. she screamed, "lets k!ll half of humanity! ahhhahah!" what... is she wild or something? we walked as we saw four hiders, left alone by their leader. i grabbed one of the male hiders before st@bbing him to while hika st@bbed elise (006) to her de@th. at least that's karma for jasmine, that shaman lady. elena pov another seeker had found us. i used my knife i obtained from the first seeker before throwing him on the ground too. finally, i got the chance to st@b him to his death. but my leg... it hurt. suddenly, i watched as the baby came out of yoona's stomach. it was a little baby girl. i knew that she would be safe and that yoona would be an amazing mother. my mind already was filled out with future plans for the baby. i announced, "i have to go now to find the exit." mi-cha warned, "stay careful. stay safe, okay, dear?" i nodded. she was right. i had to stay safe from those seekers. and so i went. suddenly, a door with three keys appeared. i put my three keys in before a glimmer of light illuminated my face. but then i remembered.... yoona and mi-cha. they had to be safe too. and so i went back, my injured leg slowing me down. i smiled. "i found the exit! let's go! come on-" but then a knife slit my back. a single tear dropped from my face before bam. i c0ll@psed on the floor... my mind filled with thoughts of yoona and mi-cha. they had to be safe. mi-cha pov elena.... no. she was on the ground, eyes open and lifeless. now, only the glaring eyes of chae stared at yoona, begging for forgiveness. i walked over before closing elena's eyes. she had done evrything to protect us. now we just had to survive this mess. but elena... she couldn't be... yoona pov no, elena... i knew it. chae was never a good person. i literally heard on the speaker that she passed... why would she even touch my savior? i knew i shouldn't have trusted her... i held my baby tight as she cried loudly. tears crept through my eyes, forming a river, and so did mi-cha's eyes fill up with teardrops... authors note - this was so sad for me to write... i cried so hard ;-;
