(ANOTHER UPDATE - DUE OCTOBER 31st! (That's Halloween, isn't it?)) FINALLY! Told you I'd do something involving Detector eventually! I just needed to be in the mood to type some stuff up. SO ANYWAYS: Welcome to Nothing But The Truth: Lie Detector's Tale the SERIES! (We'll just call it Nothing But The Truth the SERIES for short. SERIES is capitalized for EMPHASIS!) All directions are inside! Except for some here. I need to explain some things. First off, sorry about the text being really small and really big and really medium-sized. I suggest reading it in full screen if your vision isn't the best, or going into the project. Second, at this point the idea of the show is in-between a PMV style so there wouldn't be too much animation, and a fully-animated thing. As I am not at that level of skill, I'm currently going for PMV style, if you're curious. Third - I'm so sorry about the uneven amount of male and female parts. This is based after a fanfic of mine, after all, and I haven't even introduced some characters in it as of yet (I had more written that I never posted!) I will try my best next time around to do an even split of parts. (9/15) UPDATE: A bit more advice on the voices: - Feel free to use robotic-y effects for Detector. A Spock-esque voice might just be the best, though. It should sound almost completely different when terrified. - Turn your computer volume up to thirty or so when you record - that seems to be ideal for hearing your voice in animation without having to turn your sound up. - Please please PLEASE try to limit background noise. Don't record while someone has a party in the room downstairs, don't record during a fireworks show, etc, just record in a calm, quiet environment. - You don't need to do singing auditions because this isn't that type of series. xD - On the rambling bit, you're allowed to ramble as any canon character in the Wings of Fire books. That means NO OC'S. Unless, say, you're my friend and I know you and your OC's very well and they could fit easily into the WoF universe. That I'd allow. - Don't be afraid to go bold! I like dramatic voices, or quiet voices, or loud voices. Show me what you've got! :D - Also, a quick note on Tern: she's always a bit frazzled, so her voice should be a bit urgent and/or tense, if you know what I mean. Bit of a motormouth. Now, there's a bit more I have to cover below, so read the notes and credits!
Ok, this is probably the only project I'll be sharing for a few weeks (and by weeks I mean months). Sooooo, I decided to try this. Press a for Lie Detector Press s for Officer Vigilance Press d for Starfall I'm amazed that my voice can still go up that high. Hope you enjoy
