I am a special person.. I was supposed to draw this traditionally so I could cut it out and use it to make a scrapbook looking post card.. (It's a project, and I have a special vision for it) But I made it digitially and now I gotta draw it again, but traditionally.. Anyways wanted to share it with y'all anyways.. If ya wanna hear me yap about the project I will down below.. Ok so the project.. So the story is that we're spending a year exploring the states!! And as we travel the regions, we're sending constant post cards back home. This is a project for my American History class. We have another postcard to make every week. This week, it's on the Midwest. (last week was the Northeast) We have to draw out postcards. Except i'm extra and love putting in extra effort and making things that actually look interesting.. I wanna make things that are worthy enough to be put on the wall as an example. So my above and beyond vision.. Well, 1, Its about us, right? And Im mostly a character artist.. So I figured for these post cards, I would draw out a bunch of pictures, that my human sona had apparently taken on her travels, and put them all together scrapbook style, and make a unique post card. Because in all honesty, why waste money on a premade, generic postcard when I can make my own with my own experiences and personality woven into it with just a bunch of glue, tape, and paper that I already have? That is exactly what I would do! And for the purposes of letting people know I'm ok, I think a postcard with me on it would be much better, cuz they get to see what I've been seeing, and get to tell that I've been having fun! For the Midwest one, I think I'd definitely include the picture I drew shown in this project (except traditional), a picture of my sona at the great lakes.. Maybe at the Mackinac bridge so she can overlook both Lake Michigan and Lake Huron, a picture she took of a Tornado in Nevada or Kansas, definitely something related to Motown, maybe she tries some cheese in Wisconsin?? Just a few ideas. Don't wanna override myself, cuz there are still 3 more regions after this. We're not gonna burn out, that'd be bad. But I am so excited.. Im gonna get to work on it shortly after this, I've been itching to start. Maybe I'll take a picture when its done to show you guys!! AGHHH I AM SO EXCITED I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT IM DOING ITS GONNA BE SO PEAK GUYS TRUST ITS GONNA BE ON THE MIDWEST POSTCARD WALL I SWEAR AND EVERYONE'S GONNA LOVE IT
