You are in charge of a space program, challenged to make it to orbit before bankruptcy. Controls: SPACE TO DEPLOY THE PARACHUTE!!! (it only opens up at 1000 so you can deploy early and be fine) A/D to steer the ship left and right, with more sensitivity the less your mass. E to toggle engine**** Fullscreen recommended You crash if your speed is anything above 3 when you hit the ground. Orbit can only be achieved if your Y velocity is greater than negative 4. If you can't purchase an upgrade, it's because your launch price would be greater than your money after buying it. The game starts picking up after the first few flights, and then starts to get interesting, I swear! TURBO MODE (shift+flag) DOESN'T BREAK ANYTHING! And all of your values add up money just as normal. Careful though, its *really* fast and you don't want to overshoot. It becomes EVEN FASTER when the engine isn't running for some reason. NOTHING IS TO SCALE, however it does include perfectly realism-accurate drag physics, force/mass physics, the conservation of momentum, pretty much all of newton's laws and more. There is actually a lot of attention to detail towards the decoupled stages, its fun to mess around with them and see how they behave. I did the ratios and given that the diameter of the rocket is 2 meters, space starts at 19.7 times lower than real life, and orbital speed is 27.3 times lower than real life. I don't know the ratio, but the most physically similar rocket in real life (falcon 9 with 1 crew member) costs $140 million per flight. It's insane how big, and expensive things in this world really are. Wow, thanks a lot for reading all of that! means a lot to me, I swear! If you *truly* read it all, comment "KSP>JNO>SFS>SFS2 Neg Dif" ****There's a secret that if you pull off a powered landing, (land safely without using a parachute), you get 1.4x money. It's worth the extra fuel usage, however its very difficult.
