WE ARE BRINGING THIS RP BACK I made some changes to the Balkans. Basically There is an angry Serbia, Greece and Romania that have all teamed up to beat Bulgaria. If the Balkan league wins then they will join the Comintern (enemy of enemy is a friend) and if the Bulgarians win then they will join Mitteleuropa. The Ottomans can also intervene in this war on the side of the Balkan Leauge.
