Zelda’s POV: I ran down the halls of the castle crying. I ran into my bedroom and sat on my bed putting my hands on my eyes. “Zelda, we don’t want this to upset you.” My mother said as she walked in with my father. “You think I am not responsible enough to take care of myself!” I said still sobbing. “You have been severely injured two times going outside on your own, I’m sure your new knight will protect you.” My father said. “Go away.” I said. My parents exited my bedroom. The next day. Link’s POV: I walked into the castle in the morning light. The princess and her royal parents walked down the stairs and onto the lobby floor. “H-hello…” the princess said to me. “I’m Princess Zelda.” I stared at her for a few seconds. She was beautiful. I blushed. Zelda’s POV: The knight was cute. Really cute. I could not help but stare at his sparkly blue eyes and long brown hair. “You’re Link, right?” I said in a shy squeaky voice. I felt embarrassed. “Y-yeah.” He said. His voice was perfect. “How about you two go explore outside and get to know each other?” My mother said. “O-ok.” I said not taking my eyes off of Link. We went outside and into Hyrule Castle town. We were walking when a lady sitting at a booth rang out. “Would you two love birds want a relationship bracelet?” She said. “N-no thanks. We are not together.” Link said. We walked into a shop that sold necklaces. One of them caught my eye. A shiny red locket. I pulled out my wallet and pulled out 5 rupees, the price was 20. I sighed. When I turned around Link was digging through his pocket. He pulled out 15 more rupees. He handed them to me. “I-it’s fine.” I said. “No. You like it too much.” Link said. I smiled and took the rupees. “Thanks.” I said shyly.
