Welcome to O2 Supply! Think on this: If Sans gets the Souls here, how do they appear later? Answer: They don't! Phase names: Phase 9: Dead-Beat Phase 10: ENTRY NUMBER SEVENTEEN Phase 11: More Than Meets The Eye Phase 12: Gaster Blaster Phase 13: ONE MORE TIME!
I KNOW I said "only one act", but I got actual ideas, and went with 'em. And yep, Flowey is no longer even remotely involved in this Act. The poorly drawn face is intentional lol AU by me.
