IF YOU HAVEN'T GO READ IT NOW! Anyway, you have probably heard of trauma before! You probably heard the term PTSD or just trauma in general. However, we are going to take a closer look at trauma here. Trauma can be many different things, from fighting in a war, to being bullied. A simpler way to really explain it is a deeply distressing or disturbing experience that overwhelms an individual's ability to cope, causing lasting psychological and emotional damage. Its not a fun thing and can be very dangorus. There are 5 diffrent types of trauma, 1) Acute trauma: A single, distressing event of limited duration, such as a car accident, a physical assault, or a natural disaster. 2) Chronic trauma: Repeated and prolonged exposure to highly stressful events, such as persistent bullying, domestic violence, or abuse. 3)Complex trauma: Exposure to multiple, varied, and often invasive traumatic events from which there is no perceived possibility of escape. This is frequently associated with abuse or neglect in childhood. 4)Secondary or vicarious trauma: Indirect exposure to trauma through bearing witness to another person's suffering. This often affects people in helping professions, like first responders and healthcare providers. 5)Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs): A wide range of potentially traumatic events experienced before age 17 that disrupt a child's nurturing relationships. A higher number of ACEs increases the risk of later health problems The trauma I have is Chronic trauma. I have trauma from being bullied. And just gonna throw this in there, don't bully y'all. This is why, and it can get a LOT worse. Symptoms of trauma can vary from person to person. Here are a few emotional ones: Intrusive memories, avoidance, emotional numbness, negative changes in mood or thinking, and intense emotions. Physical symptoms can include: Heightened arousal (Feeling jumpy), sleep disturbances, pain, and exhaustion, and physiological reactions (Sweating, heart racing, etc.) To help with trauma, there are multiple things you can do, maintain a routine, exercise, be social, meditate, and PLEASEEEE DO NOT DO DR*GS OR DR1NK ALC0H4L!!! THEY WILL NOT HELP!! For profesinal help, you can get theripy, trauma focused theripy, and meditation. See your docter or get a psychiatrist if mood and stuff worsens!
