the finale - part 2 chae pov our team of os gather around together on the new triangle tower. we had to decide to eliminate another person... and i knew who they were going to eliminate. one of the os suggested, "for this round, let's eliminate player 222 and her baby!" the other os agreed, but in my heart, i knew that i had to gain back her trust and protect yoona once and for all. i suggested, in fear, "wait, but player 456 and player 067 can both attack us if we try to attack both of them. i think we should split up." i preseed the button and grabbed the pole again, this time aiming it at one of the os. player 336. i moved closer to him, and pushed him off, just like i did to wonjin. "player 336, eliminated." the os glared at me, like i had been their target all along. then, they shifted their attention to a fellow o. player 203 suggested, "how about we pack this guy as a lunch box?" player 353 agreed. i nodded my head, in agreement too. but inside, i only thought about how i should admit to them that the baby is actually mine, and that i got yoona pregnant... i finally heard myself speak up the truth. "i have something to admit... the baby belongs to me." the remaining os glared at me with a look a frustration and pure hatred in their eyes. luna rushes to my side too. "can you step away...?" i asked her before i threw my pole at player 353. player 353 screamed as he fell down the void. i then check on luna, who was working together with bea to k!ll player 203. luna pulls out a random kn!f3 that she got from earlier before cornering the o player. she pins him down. bea grabs the kn!f3 and st@bs player 203 to d3@th . it was only down to me, bea, yoona and the baby, luna, and player 039, the "lunchbox" guy. the "lunchbox" pleaded, "i don't want to be your lunchbox..." before heading towards the edge. no. that means that one of us four would d!3. we had to have a sacrifice and he would be gone... i watched as he dragged himself down into the void, falling to his d3@th . "NOO!" i shouted as his body dropped on the ground. the four of us moved on to the circle platform. i knew i had to sacrifice either luna, bea, or yoona. i knew luna and yoona pretty well, but i didn't know bea well. nor did i like her. luna pov i watched as chae and bea fought each other, one getting the upper hand over another every second. grabbing bea's knife which she acquired from me, chae slashes her leg. her leg bl3d and bl3d and she sat on the edge. "hey, bea! are you okay?" i whispered as i sat next to her. she looks at me with a look of distrust. in a game like this, she knew she couldn't trust anyone... it's sky squid game. "don't worry... i'm not going to harm you." i assured her. she finally spoke, "so, what are we going to do after we get out of the games?" i replied, "well, i can't really do much because i've won the games already. but last time, it was to try to save my mom. she didn't make it. and also to make my daughter happy." she shed a tear, "for me, i have a mother who got sent back to north korea. my father d!3d while trying to get us to escape. now it's only me and my brother.. now make this promise, please. if one of us d!3s, the other will take care of their family... understand?" i nodded. and i stood up. "player 067, eliminated." i looked down into the void. there lay bea's d3 body... and the person next to me looking down was chae. she was the one who k!ll3d her... bea... no... i turned to look at yoona, tears also streaming from her face as she took care of her baby. i said to her, "keep this promise. if i d!3, take care of both bea's brother and my daughter. understand?" she nodded, still sobbing from what just happened. she shot a glare at chae, and i followed. i confronted chae, "why did you k!ll her?" chae responded, in desperation and anger. "it's because she was critically injvred! i mercy k!ll3d her!" she then took the pole.
