You cannot drop your base weapon, instead drop becomes reload when no pick-up weapons are held ] [Any perk controls will be explained in game] ———————————————————— — HOW TO PLAY — ———————————————————— This game is a rogue-like. You have one chance per run, and if you die, you restart from the beginning. ———————————————————— SOULS: ———————————————————— If you do run out of hp, you can revive so long as have at least one soul. Souls are your main currency; they are your lives, money to spend at The Kiosk, and food to feed to Drav at the end of each stage. You gain souls via defeating enemies, with the chance increasing depending on your Combo and strength of the enemy. Additionally, souls can be gained at the end of each run for every 100 score you get past the first 200. ———————————————————— DRAV ———————————————————— Drav has the power to revive you using souls you have collected. However, being a demon, Drav needs to be fed souls. If you do not feed Drav at the end of each stage during soul delivery, you will lose 1 max hp. You can regain max hp by feeding Drav. Upon feeding Drav, you will also be awarded with a perk - given you have fed him at least 2. Feeding Drav more souls will award you with the choice between more perks (Depending on the % of souls you fed him). You may choose one of the presented perks 50% 100% 1 perk N/A 2 souls 2 perks 2 souls 4 souls 3 perks 3 souls 6 souls 4 perks 4 souls 8 souls Perks are in two tiers, with feeding Drav 100% of your souls awarding you with the stronger tier perks, and 50% with the lower tier. ———————————————————— THE KIOSK ———————————————————— You can barter with the demon Qiosk for extra resources and permanent stat boosts in exchange for spare souls. Additionally, you can trade in perk tickets for a random perk from a chosen category: Arsenal, Luck, Soul or Tactical. ———————————————————— PERKS: ———————————————————— Perks are rewards from Qiosk or Drav. Perks come in two tiers. Stronger tier perks are rewarded upon feeding Drav 100% of your souls, or a 25% chance when spending a perk ticket in Qiosk’s Kiosk. Weaker perks are rewarded when feeding Drav 50% of your souls, or a 75% chance when spending a perk ticket. Perks range from enabling enemies to drop ammo upon death, to changing the way you play either by rewarding a lower max hp, or using only the default weapon. ———————————————————— COMBO: ———————————————————— Your Combo multiplies the chance of enemies dropping perks upon death, as well as giving you a higher score at the end of a stage. Maintaining a high combo is very important. You can increase your combo by: -Killing an enemy [+1] -Destroying a barrel [+1] -Destroying a vending machine [+1] You can reset your combo timer by: -Increasing your combo score -Hitting an enemy weak point -Throwing a weapon at a vending machine You lose combo by: -Getting hit [-2] -Running out of combo time [-All] ———————————————————— OTHER: ———————————————————— & You can throw picked-up weapons at VENDING MACHINES for even better weapons and armour. & ARMOUR works exactly like hp, with a max of 5 at a time, each saving you from one damage & You can sometimes encounter ARENAS. These will bombard you with enemies. Killing all the enemies within the time limit of each wave will have a 15% chance of netting you a perk ticket, that can be spent at The Kiosk. & LUCK increases the chance of good things happening. For example, if you have a 10 luck, all chances are increased by half that, 5%. This is ADDED to the base chance, so that a 10% chance of something good happening becomes a 15% chance. - Luck does NOT effect soul drops - Luck, in certain cases, can also decrease the chance of BAD things happening & The more souls you both possess and that are on the floor, the lower your soul chance
