This game is enhanced when played on Turbowarp! (60 FPS, Widescreen, Better Performance) Turbowarp.org/1187273115/ ========================================== Welcome to Demo 3, the Dash Build! We have Dash Rings now, and I'm pretty sure world hunger is at its lowest point. Life is good, and it certainly didn't take hours to get some bugs from Demo 1.5 solved. Anyways, look in the notes section below for more info. ========================================== Feedback would be greatly appreciated! If you have any critiques to the game or suggestions on how to improve it, please, tell me in the comments! ========================================== Default Controls: (The options menu doesn't work yet, sorry.) Use the Arrow Keys to Move, Crouch, and Look Up (or Navigate the menus) Press [Z] to Jump (or Select) Hold [X] to Rev (or Exit) Hold Down and Mash [Z] to Spin-dash Press [Z] midair to Air Dash Hold [X] midair to charge a Drop Dash ========================================== Notes: This is an unfinished build of Sonic Go with the Blur! All content, which there isn't that much of currently, is subject to change. You can't play this on mobile, as this game just wouldn't work that well with it. ========================================== Credits: SEGA and Sonic Team created and own Sonic the Hedgehog, and this is just a non-profit fangame made for fun! (Not that I think they'd attack a Scratch game, not even Mr. $80 does that) Many sound effects are taken from Sonic Unleashed or the classic games, some sounds are also edited from the classics instead of just taken from them. @LCB456_test made the Classic Sonic Engine (CSE) which this project is built off of. (Great engine by the way, one of the best on Scratch!) Many animations were made by @Cuteagedom Thanks to @Garbomuffin for making Turbowarp and the "is compiled?" block. This game in particular is inspired by the daytime stages in Sonic Unleashed, the classic stages in Sonic Generations, and Sonic Advance 2. Sonic has his scarf from Sonic Boom, and the Super Peelout's new name (the Rev) is taken from Sonic Underground Thanks a lot to the Youtuber Ajakes for allowing me to have a cameo of his joke character Parking the Hedgehog! ========================================== Very Secret Debug Controls (You must enable debug in the extras menu): Press [1] to toggle the debug menu (All other controls require it to be open) Press [2] to toggle fly mode Press [3] to stop the project Press [4] to toggle the player settings Press [5] to toggle Super Sonic (W.I.P) Press [Space] to change rooms You can hold [1] when clicking the green flag to instantly enter a level ========================================== New Additions in this build: - New Mechanics and Objects (DASH RINGS!) - New Levels: Navy Capital and Augmented Circuit! (An actual tutorial has been added as well, but I haven't added Omochao yet, so who cares?) - New and Updated Animations! - Island Tropics Zone has been renamed to Sandune Tropics Zone and given a new background! - Improved level design for the previous levels - New graphics in areas (Finished parallax for stages and replaced some placeholder graphics.) - Sonic's design has been slightly updated to make it more accurate to the games and capture more of his Cool Edge - Bugfixes and quality of life changes - More complete menus! (Still not finished) - More Songs! (Still composed by me!) - New Sound effects (Some custom or edited, some from Sonic Unleashed/Generations) ========================================== Known Bugs/Missing Core Features: Enemies are just evil monitors (Not to be confused with the Egg Monitor) Rings don't drop out of you when you get hit No Loops 3D still doesn't work
A new build has been released with better visuals and less buggy gameplay! Play it at: https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1252326721/ (You can turn off the Christmas stuff if you don't want it)
