About me! - Rowan (@/S0LITAIR3) - He/Him - 13-17 Hey! I'm Rowan, an active music enthusiast with a passion for all things artsy. I love drawing, performing with my band, and being active in my favourite communities! I am actually very active! I don't post a lot, but I check scratch multiple times a day. Slows down a bit during the school week, but even then I'm logging on daily! A: While I haven't had a leadership-like role in TFC, nor ever been apart of the admin team, I have had numerous leadership roles both outside of TFC and IRL! I've hosted a plethora of roleplays (one I currently own that lasted for years, in which I single handedly took care of everything on my own in the former CEO's absence for a year). I also have been a counsellor for my local arts camp for 4 years now (going on 5!!). Q: How long have you been apart of TFC? A: I have been apart of TFC since roughly May of 2020. I took about a year long hiatus in 2023, other than that I have been an active member of the community since I joined! Q: Have you had any past experiences that might influence our decision? (warnings, arguments, suspensions, etc.) A: I don't recall having been involved in anything during my experience in TFC in terms of rules, arguments, etc. Q: Why would you be a good admin helper? What qualities make you a strong candidate? A: I have a plethora of qualities that would make me an expert admin helper! I'll list a few :) - Levelheaded and rational. I am far from irrational when it comes to handling a situation, especially a stressful one. I take my time to evaluate things, and stay calm under pressure. This is a good quality to have with TFC being such a popular and large community. You need a person who can tackle an issue without getting emotional or making things personal. I am very sensible. - Thorough. I never cut corners, and take all tasks given to me seriously. I'm not going to leave out important details, nor overlook something vital. I ensure that my tasks are complete properly, and that I've seen to absolutely everything. No loose ends! - Open-minded and non-judgemental. I believe everyone is different, and I will never judge someone for their interests, skills, or experiences. I believe that in order to be an admin, admin helper, or in any sort of leadership role, you cannot be a judgemental person. It's cruel, especially when in a position of power. I accept everyone for who they are. (It's the bare minimum, but also highly important for me to state.) - Hardworking and Collaborative. I am an excellent team player. I'm always open to hear what others have for ideas, and I'm always happy to lend a helping hand! I also believe in pouring passion into everything I do. I would handle the role of an admin helper expertly, with dedication and honour. I also wouldn't be afraid to ask for help, ask questions, or help out others where I can! It's a group effort to run a project such as TFC, and I am willing to work with others to prosper efficiently! Of course there is more, but these are the most important for me to bring up! Q: Do you have any SkyClan event ideas? If so, what? A: Patrol events!!! We used to have them in ThunderClan around 2022 I believe? Basically, some people would sign up their clan kitties to go on a patrol, and an event would occur! The one I remember best had to do with a cave collapse, and the patrol had to navigate their way out! Some patrols were just normal group rps though! Small prompts like this were always super duper fun, and definitely strengthened the community. It also gave cats the chance to interact with new characters with an interesting scenario at hand. (It was especially fun to see how all the different characters would handle a situation like the cave collapse.) These prompts are also somewhat easy to set up, and can be used repeatedly to stir up activity! Q: Do you have chaos? A: I have chaos and I am also relatively active on the TFC server.
