I know ive done this twice or three times, but im getting bored and redisigning ocs have gotten better so this is a redemption for the last 2. rules: it can be vector, but no human. I can make ur sonic oc a sprite but it cant be any human. im not doing a full sprite. this wont happen alot but if I dont do yours sorry, either im busy or its js too hard for me atp
