OK Basically: up arrow is accelerate down arrow is reverse left arrow is steer left right arrow is steer right space is drift Three kinds of drifting: 1) drift and then steer for a light drift. You can fishtail and stuff. (blue skids) 2) steer and then drift for a hard drift. You can do donuts. (grey skids) 3) steer, drift, and counter-steer in the opposite direction for a wide drift. This drift has the biggest turning radius. (red skids) EXPLANATION: 1) in real-life drifting, this might be a four-wheel slide, or it might be using a technique known as "sanpatsu" (flick drift) but it is kind of advanced because usually how are you going to make your car lose traction on the road without turning? The two methods are to brake both front and back tires with handbrake and foot brake (and then your car just slides forward) or to drift a little bit each side to do a snaking motion (that's the sanpatsu) (idk what im talking about) 2) In real life, this is the normal way of drifting I think. You turn hard and apply brakes to get rear wheels to lose traction. You will start doing donuts. 3) Counter-steering is a real and very common technique you will see drifters use on nearly every turn.
