THE MOONSTONE --- I haven't been on Scratch for a good 5 months. And frankly, I don't think I'll come back, I've simply lost all motivation, so with this final project I'll say bye. I know that the state that this project was in when I last worked on it was basically nothing, but it's something so yeah. This was meant to be my big final project, with a whole lot of levels and mini games and items and stuff, I was so invested in this that I made an entire smooth scrolling RPG engine with an independant camera all by myself. I also made the text engine incredibly versatile, a half baked level editor and all of it is relatively organized and optimized. So while this doesn't look like that much of a project, there is actually an insane amount of impressive stuff in here that you can use in my opinion. I was locked in on making this incredibly easy to code and that the project functions well. To be clear, I will not stop making games entirely, I will probably move to working in some other game engine, and I may even remake The Moonstone from the ground up in one of them so that it is bigger and better, if I end up doing that, I may post an update here, but don't expect anything from this account for forever.
