Took a million years but I did it <3
THURSDAY I heave a sigh as I sit down in the bus. I didn't get enough sleep to deal with school by myself, especially with the kids that I go to school with.. I get a strong phantom shift of large, pointy ears with a lot of fluff, and with that I realize, so much has gone on in the past few days (basically since monday) that I've never figured out my theriotype!! I have to do even more research when I get home from school.... great... THURSDAY (after school) School was relatively uneventful, besides the usual snickering from the boys in my class from the back of the room whenever someone said something wrong, to the popular girls crowding the bathroom and curling their eyelashes. But that wasn't exactly exiting.. But now, I'm back up in my room with my laptop, time to do research! I feel another phantom shift, this time its ears and tail... I remember back when I first started having shifts i thought I had a long fluffy tail, but this tail feels more like a nub, which is confusing, but I wagged it and moved on to the ears. They felt catish, with what seemed like extra tufts of fur at the tips of the ears. I did one quick search and immediately realized that I might be a Lynx. It fit. I'd always liked moving quickly and quietly, and I loved the cold too. I didn't want to assume anything yet so I just told myself I was now questioning. Just until I could do more research. I was ecstatic. Discovering my new identity was so much fun!! I was about to start more research on Lynx, but then, the first unusual thing that happened all day: I got a text. From... Autumn? That made me happy. But that happiness quickly melted away when I read the text: "meet me at the park. It's urgent" End of chapter 6
