6th grade, Elias Coleman, age 11, she/her. Elias was a smart student, with a happy attitude. The big yellow streak in her hair shows that. She met a friend named Denise Singleton. 7th grade, Elias Coleman, age 12, she/her. Elias grew her hair longer, so she could have the hairstyle she wanted all her life. She also found out about LGBTQIA+, and was quick to judge it. She made a new friend named Renato Ewing. 8th grade, Elias Coleman, age 13, she/her. Made another new friend, Barbra Oneill, and Barbra told her more about LGBTQIA+, and Elias started supporting it. She also dyed her hair a different colour to get the colour she wanted. She talked with her older brother, Son, and he told her all about high school. 9th grade, Elias Coleman, age 14, she/her. Elias curled her hair, even closer to achieving the hairstyle she wanted. She found out she was panromantic, but straight in terms of sexuality. She came out to her parents. Her mom supported her, but her dad did not. Since all her middle school friends left for another high school, she was forced to live with her new friend Len Saunders, since her dad kicked her out. 10th grade, Lia Coleman, age 15, she/they. Lia found out the term non-binary, and saw that that suits her. They also changed their name, cause they felt like Elias was too much of a boy’s name. She also dyed her hair fully red and now she has the exact hairstyle she wants. Hey hung out with their little sister, Marquita, and told her what high school was like. She also made a new friend, Mia Yoder. 11th grade, Eli Coleman, age 16, be/berry. Eli found out about neopronouns, and how you can make your own to suit you. Be changed berrys name to be more gender-neutral. Be got blue contacts, and became more brave than ever. Be made a new friend, Dana Parrish.
