when i say hes sometimes netral i mean he doesnt really care for his partners nor his partners lives.
i decided to make the character easy to animate, but look cool at the same time. they go by many names but N3TRAL is the one i decided to pick. they talk in a wierd format (example: H 3 [ [ 0 T H 3 R 3)
