Click the buttons underneath each column to add a number of that type and it's corresponding numbers in the other two columns will be filled in automatically.
There are a few small bugs in the program that I'm too tired to resolve right now but will at a later date (eg typing certain three-digit numbers into the decimal column freezes the program for some reason), but other than that it works perfectly and shows the relationship between binary, decimal, and hexadecimal numbers.
