Your question might be answered!! These are a bit late, as I've been a bit busy lately, but SAC will still go on, not to worry! The theme this session is the movie of the summer itself, KPop Demon Hunters! Fortunately if you're not a fan of KPDH, you won't be seeing much of it, as SAC has book-themed cabins. Only in main cabin projects might you find KPDH references or music. This is going to be such a golden session!! Q&A: Q: What is SAC? A: SAC stands for Scratch Acting Camp! (Tri-annual camp) It's where all voice actors, actors, and playwrites can unite together in different cabins competing for number one cabin! SAC gives tips, challenges, and fun games for actors wanting to learn or just have fun with other people! SAC Falls In: December April September Q: What is the TCC? A: The Calm Cabin, or The Chill Cabin where you cannot earn points or start wars, you can just chill, and do your storyline and act! It's basically the same as every other cabin, you get to do all the same things, you just don't earn points for it! Q: Do I have to be a voice actor or an actor to participate? A: Not really no! If you wanna do this just for fun as vocal exercises or anything, you can do that as well! Remember if you don't want to, activities aren't required, but encouraged! Q: What if I want to voice act, but don't want to share my voice on Scratch? A: Completely okay! If it's a daily, there will be proof points, so you won't have to show proof unless you want points. Weeklys are scriptwriting, and cabin activities will be sorted out by your leader! Q: What are the cabins? A: The cabins are decided by the leaders applying! Last session's cabins were: Cabin One: THE NATURALS Cabin Two: ARTEMIS FOWL Cabin Three: THE SWIFTS Those were chosen by the leaders! They came up with their own storylines! Q: Can I apply as a leader and a camper? A: Of course! But if you make it as a leader, then you couldn't be a camper! Q: What is a co-leader? A: A co-leader is someone chosen by the leades chosen to work beside them! The leader will choose a (co)leader! The way (co)leaders work is the leaders chosen, look at all the applications, and offer the people they want to work with in their cabin a (co)leader position! Multiple leaders can offer the same person a position, but that person can only choose one! So leaders MUST have backups prepared in case they don't accept! Q: Do I have to change my application, or can I use your template? A: Please, create your own application! We want creativity! Although we are okay with text-only applications, we like to see the creativity put into the apps! Q: Extension possibility? A: If you ask one of us with a GOOD reason, we can give you an extension! Q: How is it fair that hosts can apply? A: As long as the host isn't the one giving out the results, they are completely allowed to apply! Q: Are there any ally cabins, or friendly cabins? Or maybe rivals? A: You will have to form relationships with other cabins by asking! Q: How do Cabin Plays work? A: Basically whatever genre/book your leader chooses, that's the book your cabin will perform as a (Audiobook)play. (From one scene to three) And whichever cabin performs theirs the best gets 2500 coins! Q: How many cabins will there be? A: That will be decided by the quality of applications. We might end up with only two if only two are qualified!
