A public announcement was done, as Netanyah Impria has worked along with the MSS for the launch phases and its tests. Since both nations are a part of the Magen Chai League, a mutual agreement was fairly easy to reach. ________________________________________ Originally, Netanyah Impria already had nuclear weapons and other certain WMDs, however there were concerns that the country wouldn't be able to retaliate to an attack if dealing with a far away adversary. In response, Project Tachiya-G was initiated under the approval of the Supreme Council in order to "revive [our] deterrence and the MAD doctrine". Originally, everything was done alone by Netanyah Impria. However the moment they reached the "testing" phase of their program, there was a debate. They simply couldn't tell if it's truly an "Interstellar Ballistic Missile" capable of actually hitting all targets within the galaxy. There were plans for how to check this such as unalerted secret strike tests, but there was concern that such a decision would further deepen foreign relation's already dipping relations (before the UIR-GASI conflict). Some proposed to go up to old allies for tests, however due to increase hostilities from their so called "allies", Netanyah Impria simply chose to wait. A few months later, while the project finally started to mature, Netanyah Impria found itself a reliable ally to test the ranges of the missiles. After some talks with the leader of the MSS, range tests were allowed. And to great relief, the tests were successful. Now, the Samson Option's credibility was on it's way to being restored. The tests were successful, as now Netanyah Impria prepares to finalize the project to once again restore the Samson Option and it's credibility. Netanite foreign ambassador to the MSS has given many thanks to the MSS for allowing the test ranges to be done.
