Stewardanation (Stewor-dan-aish-in) is a process where 3 or more Stewards have a spike in mass-cloning which is very rare, using certain [products] you can Stewardinate as much as you want, any time. The product is not lethal but can be if you activate [product] too many times over a long period of time.
