She may not be the most intellectual Khelkan you’ll meet, but her emotional intelligence is off the charts. She knows what to say when you’re upset, and her cheerful and optimistic personality can’t help but rub off on you. Sometimes, though, it seems like she just has to know every detail of your personal life. Even if she won’t gossip, she’s very determined to figure your life out, even when you don’t want the help. Lmk if you want the links! [] Saanka’Lai-Ytin (Sani for short) was found by Ryttiki’Lai-Ytin (Ry) on the edge of Lai territory. She was hardly a foot tall, far from full height. Ry was not known as the most compassionate member of the Lai family, but she did know this cub would be a useful member once she was grown up. She’d be another mouth to feed until then, but Anyi’s (unfortunately, in Ry’s mind) fragile heart wouldn’t turn this tiny thing away. Ry brought the cub home, where Anyi gave her the name Saanka. Saanka, who most call Sani, grew to meet that name. She now serves as a sort of “therapist” for her found family, and they are glad to have her.
