After years of preparation, our new fleets are finally ready. Massive celebrations begin the official "Galactic Era," as pronounced by the King. Thousands of ships skip away at once, heading for nearby star systems. No sentient beings are found in the systems annexed, but we did find ships from a nation known as Avalonia, and scientists are attempting to decode their signals now. We have found on average 2 habitable planets per system, far above our estimates. Colonists are signing up rapidly, packing up their lives to start anew, in service of their great nation.
