Scratch has decimated the quality XD Umm I don't know if this is how you give it but I've seen others do it this way so I will just post it here you go. I hope you like it if you are unhappy I can re do it but I quite like the result. Look inside for non transparent but slightly better quality image. The noise filter picked up weird on scratch so you can see it better on the screenshot. So uh yeah you have some cool mood boards btw I'm a big fan of dreamcore and such so I really enjoyed designing this guy. I combined a lot of the images objects, but I can do one just based on the aesthetics if you like just thought I'd try to make a weird one instead.
I have versions with no noise and or no shadows if you would like to have those as well. It's NOT my best work :(
